Island Portfolio Services, LLC (“IPS”), is a specialty servicer founded in 2017 by local professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience in the Puerto Rico market. Through our subsidiaries, we purchase or service portfolios of receivables from major banks and investment funds. We specialize in the management and recovery of non-performing assets, such as consumer loans, credit card debt and commercial real estate backed loans, including the preservation and disposition of real estate owned assets.

Due to our strong analytical background, we also offer our client services as portfolio valuation, due diligence work and tailored reporting throughout the life of our client’s investment.
